Your Mission

Nyckelviken is a short-term residence under LSS for children and young people up to 24 years old with disabilities. As a summer substitute, you will be offered a varied and meaningful job where the focus is on creating safe, fun, and content-rich short-term stays. Our goal is for each individual to have a rewarding leisure time based on their needs and circumstances.

The short-term residence consists of two single-story villas where each child and young person has their own room. In this role, you will provide support and service based on individual needs and participate in the planning and implementation of educational activities, both on an individual and group level. When the operations allow, excursions are also made with the short-term residence's minibus.

Your Tasks are Varied, for Example Support and Service in:

• Cooking, cleaning, morning and evening routines
• Personal care, hygiene, and medication
• Documentation
• Daily and weekly planning
• Contact with relatives, parents, and schools
• Excursions and activities

At Nyckelviken Short-Term Residence, you will work days, evenings, weekends, or awake nights. Weekdays involve working hours from 06:30-11:30 or 14:30-21:30, while weekend shifts may be longer. Your Experience

To be considered for the position, it is a requirement that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Have good physical ability and enjoy being active

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with the target group within LSS and children and young people, as well as if you have ongoing or completed education in healthcare and social care, or child and leisure studies. We also prefer that you hold a B driver's license and have computer and documentation skills.

As a summer substitute, you will be employed by the Staffing Competence Supply, which has the primary task of coordinating and ensuring the quality of staffing care personnel during short-term absences and monthly substitutes.
